Upon joining, an American Express Account Manager will come to your office to show you and your staff how to maximize the relationship. During the implementation, your Account Manager will outline all of the relevant information, procedures, contacts, options, and standards that are a part of our program.
You will also receive access to our Intranet Web site, periodic local, national and international meetings that give you the opportunity to share ideas with your colleagues. Select agencies are invited to participate on one of several regional and national advisory boards and councils.
